My fees differ for private pay versus company pay coaching clients and vary greatly based on the scope of the consulting work for my consultation engagements. Because of this, I choose not to post prices and instead discuss the offerings more in a free discovery call. Please schedule a call and we can see what works best for you. I also have a select number of spots for sliding scale “name your price” with specific attention to those who identify with groups that have been and are currently systemically marginalized.

In contrast, consulting typically involves providing expert advice, analysis, facilitation, or solutions to specific problems. I offer both services, depending on your needs—sometimes blending the two to offer a customized approach that supports both inner transformation and strategic action.

Each session is a confidential, judgment-free space where you can slow down, reflect, and think out loud.
